Functionalities:

• For Time: This option counts up and gives you the possibility to do workouts for time anywhere.

• AMRAP: You want to do an AMRAP workout and do as many rep as possible, this countdown option allows you to do this even when you dont have access to your box or gym timer.

• EMOM: Every minutes on the minute workout.. The app beeps 3 seconds before every minute to let you know when you have to get ready to go again.

• Tabata: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds. This is tabatha and the timer will let you know when to work and when to rest.

• Custom: If all the options above are not enough for your needs, then you have the custom workout section. Here you can create you own work/rest intervals.
